I moved to sunny Arizona from New York in the summer of 1962 with my family when I was 14 years old . I married my wife Penny in 1969 and we are happily married and raised two sons Walker and Austin who recently gave us 3 beautiful grandsons. I started my Real Estate career 1970 and have been a successful Realtor/Broker ever since. I believe a 3% commission for helping clients obtain home ownership is a little unfair so I rebate 1/2 of the commssion to clients who don't mind doing a little searching on there own.
