Realty AAAssociates negotiates with the seller.
We get you the best price and handle counters, contingencies and inspections.
We guide you through the closing process.
1/2 of the real estate commission is given back to you. (average client saves $8,000)
NOTE: NEW HOME BUYERS
To receive 1/2 of the commission we must accompany you to the builders model home complex on your FIRST visit. Sorry no exceptions. AZ Home Builders are very strict about 1st visit registration requirements.
CONDITIONS: A (LSR) Loan Status Report is required from buyers lender stating buyers pre-approval for financing, if applicable, before we visit homes and negotiate a purchase. Buyers must request rebate program upon contacting Realty AAAssociates. A minimum commission of $2200 or 1.5% of the sales price goes to Realty AAAssociates. Buyers may view up to 4 homes with an agent, after that $100 per house will be deducted from buyers 1/2 commission rebate.
We work together to find the buyer. No other agent is involved. Realty Aaassociates writes the contract and guides it through escrow. The listing commission is 1.5%, and the selling commission is 3%
Your property sells through the Multiple Listing Service. Another agent represents the buyer. Realty Aaasssociates commission is 1.5% and the other agent receives 3%. Minimum $2200 commission to Realty AAAssociates.
